How long enquiry information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry and maintain appropriate business records. Where an enquiry does not lead to a booking, correspondence will normally be reviewed for deletion within 12 months. Information connected with an actual booking may be retained for longer where needed for the service, accounting, legal or record-keeping purposes.
Services used by the website
The website is hosted and protected through Cloudflare. Contact-form email delivery is handled through Resend and messages are delivered to Microsoft Outlook. Public portfolio photographs are retrieved from Flickr. These providers may process technical or message data as needed to provide their respective services.
Spam and security protection
The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. Turnstile is used for security and abuse prevention rather than advertising.
Website analytics
The site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page usage and website performance. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as privacy-first and cookie-free, and states that it does not collect or use visitors’ personal data for this analytics service. The website does not use advertising or behavioural profiling cookies.
